£200 Worth of Training for Stirling Volunteers

At Stirling Community Enterprise we are passionate about helping you achieve your potential.  We do this through a wide range of training and employability support, tailored to meet your needs and designed to increase your chance of finding the right job and progressing in life.  For 2020, as part of Stirling’s Alive with Volunteering, we have added a new qualification to our offering.  Designed to help you gain the recognition you deserve for the skills learned and experience gained as part of your valuable volunteering contribution, our accredited ‘Award in Volunteering Skills’ is nationally recognised and a great addition to any CV. 
 
Training will be delivered throughout 2020 however spaces are limited and only accessible to those living within the Stirling Council area and eligible for ITA funding, which requires you to be:

  • Aged 16 or over
  • Not in education or involved in any other SDS funded programme
  • Unemployed and looking to get back into work
  • Employed, earning less than £22,000 per year and looking to progress in or change your job
  • Resident in Scotland

 
Training will include all required learning materials as well as up to eight support sessions with our experienced Employability Officer.
