1. Please define the expectations of the Community Benefit aspect of the bid’s quality assessment.

Thank you for your question regarding the community benefit criteria in the quality assessment. Here’s what we would like to see from bids:
- Clear Plan for Community Benefits: The consultant should provide a clear plan outlining how their scope of work and planned approach will bring specific benefits to the community. This includes describing the actions they will take, who will benefit, and the expected positive outcomes.
- Relevant Past Experience: The consultant should provide examples of past work where they have successfully delivered community benefits. We are looking for specific examples that show a positive impact and demonstrate the consultant's experience in this area.
- Additional Contributions: Highlight any extra social, environmental, or economic benefits the consultant can provide beyond the core work. This might include knowledge transfer, creating job opportunities, promoting sustainability, or other innovative ideas that add value to the community.
The quality assessment will focus on how well these points are addressed, with an emphasis on clear, practical, and positive outcomes for the community.
