We will go through a real set of accounts and explain what all the terms mean, what things you need to look out for and show you what your accounts can tell you about the financial health of the business.

Aimed at those who have little or no previous knowledge in understanding and interpreting financial documentation, this session will cover:

• The difference between your balance sheet and income
• The importance of cash and assets
• What your Board needs to know
