The Forum welcomes Jamie McIntosh, Chair, Chartered Institute of Fundraising Scotland and CEO of Scottish Love in Action    Jamie will present on the role of the Institute and the resources that they have to assist voluntary organisations in good practice in this very important area of income generation.  After the presentation there will be a Q and A session which gives you the opportunity to discuss your fundraising opportunities and challenges with Jamie.   If you wish to provide an question before the event please contact the event organiser.

Continuing on from Jamie's presentation and Q and A - an opportunity for forum members to discuss the opportunities and challenges of fundraising for their organisations, including but not limited to 

• What policies should an organisation have in place to ensure good practice
• The use of online fundraising platforms 
• Ways to encourage donations to our organisations. 

What is the finance forum?

SVE in partnership and collaboration with CTSI host a regular session for members to get together, in a safe and confidential place, to have an informal chat about finance and accounting. These sessions are related to the voluntary sector and cover issues of common concern, as well as provide an opportunity to share examples of good practice.

The meetings are held online, and we also have a virtual Finance Forum Team Channel where questions can be added and answered between meetings.

Where and how often do you meet?

We aim to hold the forum every quarter online.
