SVE – Good Communication including GDPR at Home

This course looks at identifying personality traits, appropriate verbal, written and body language within the workplace and how to communicate effectively. The session will cover - Your personality traits and their impact - Types of communication - How to communicate successfully - Social media and disciplinary Who Should Attend? Anyone with line management responsibilities, involved in a front-facing role or needing to hone their language and communication skills. You will be sent a Zoom invitation the day before the event.
Note that you will be required to register with Zoom before you can join. This is a free and simple process but does take a few minutes. Please do this at your own convenience before the day of the event. In order to run this session, we need a minimum of ten people. If there are fewer than 10, a decision on whether to run the session will be made on the day.
