If you are new to the portal, currently using or you’re still finding your way around it, this practical workshop is for you.

This is not a classroom-style training session. Instead, you’ll work through real-life scenarios using the portal, with support available throughout. The focus is on helping you feel confident using the features you need most, whether that’s applying for an opportunity, inviting and adding volunteers, managing records, or running reports.

The session is suitable for individual users, frontline staff, admin teams and managers. Whether you use the portal every day or only occasionally, this session will help you build confidence and pick up tips to make things quicker and easier.

You’re welcome to attend on your own, or as part of a team.
