Clackmannanshire TSI (CTSI) and Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise (SVE) as the Third Sector Interfaces (TSIs) in their respective local authority areas already work closely together. Since January 2026, the boards and senior management teams have carried out an exploration period and an options appraisal on how best to work more closely together in the future. Following the completion of that work, the boards of both charities have now agreed to recommend to their member organisations a full merger. Read the full announcement here.

Following the recommendation, both TSIs will be hosting consultations with members throughout October and November, offering an informal space to find out more, feed into the proposal and help shape future working and collaboration between both organisations. We encourage all members to take part in the consultation process, ensuring your views, experiences and insights help shape how a merged organisation could deliver more joined-up, effective services and stronger support for communities across both areas in the future.
