New Approach - Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Strategic Plan 2023-33

To ensure care and support is person-centred, based on dignity, fairness, equality, respect and independence.

The Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care team want to hear your views on the proposed new strategic plan which will cover the design and delivery of health and social care for next 10 years. At this event representatives from the Partnership will present the plan for discussion and to look at the next steps for organisations which will play a support role.

Discussion areas will cover identified priorities and themes and will enable your organisation and service users access to lead staff that are covering areas like unpaid care, self-directed support, equality, locality areas and much more.
